Growing up as a 3rd generation entrepreneur in a family business I quickly learned that the customer is my employer. I also saw how customer service is what separates competition. I enjoyed my career in the custom electronics industry. It allowed me to gain technical and operational experience in Car Audio, Marine Audio/Video and Custom Integration business. That experience allowed me to transition as an IT Manager for a locally owned Manufacturer and now as the Technology Services Manager that oversees support for financial automation equipment and physical security for one of the most trusted security companies in the Midwest.
