Developed automated Python scripts that create Linear, Quadratic, and Power Regression graphs; Interactive PCA plots; Interactive Violin and Box Plots; as well as ANOVA, Post Hoc, and MANOVA tests using raw CSV data from Agilent’s MassHunter Profinder Software, enabling us to predict metabolite concentrations and visualize patterns/differences across samples.Operating Agilent LCMS-QTOF (Liquid Chromatography - Quadrupole Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry) systems to analyze the presence of targeted metabolites in genetically-engineered plant cells- Trained in:(1) Analyzing chromatograms and running regression analyses, and creating visualizations to predict metabolite concentrations given an arbitrary signal and detect patterns.(2) Developing mobile and solid phase methods given an arbitrary metabolite of interest.In Progress: Developing a high-throughput quenching method for efficiently and effectively stoppingmetabolism in E-Coli cells for extraction and LC-MS analysis.
