Capabilities include precision micro-hole drilling and ablation in polymer applications (ex micro tubing and balloons).• Micro molding, precision injection molding, and related value-added assembly, vertically integrated with in-house tooling fabrication. Specializing in high-temperature engineered plastics such as PEEK.• Laser machining of metals and polymers; micro hole drilling, wire ablation, stent and tube cutting, laser welding, cleanroom assemblies, electropolishing, laser marking, and quick turn prototypes.• Polymer and metallic coil and braid fabrication of structures used for catheter reinforcement, implants, and retrieval baskets. • Development and manufacturing of mandrels, core wires, heat set tooling, and micro-machined components for medical device OEMs and contract manufacturers.
