My primary role is leading a program management office and business analysts that drive business enablement initiatives resulting in cost savings, productivity and ESG gains, and process improvements. Also responsible for merger and acquisition separation/integration management including migrations & support of organization’s ERP (enterprise resource planning). My extensive history of Information Technology career began in the energy sector of electrical submersible pump production designing and developing early applications to monitor well performance and track equipment, and regularly met with global customers to represent the company’s ability to manage their critical business information. Passionate about mentoring and developing future leaders in the science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) areas, I mentor and coach many young women and men sharing insights for virtual collaboration and networking. Helping lead diversity & inclusion as the co-leader of the Baker Hughes Women\'s network employee resource group, I focused on the diverse and talented global work force. Our ERG drives retention and works to create opportunities for all individuals however geographically dispersed to reach their full potential by participating in networking events and employee development activities sponsored by the BHI Women’s Network employee resource group.
