Regional Human Resources Manager @Tillamook County Creamery Association

My current role at Tillamook focuses on all Human Resources Business Partner support for our Executive Leadership Team and various office-based functions. The role has expanded significantly over the years and my impact on employees and the organization at large is something I am proud of. The work includes aligning employees and structures with larger business objectives, strategic organizational structure evolution, talent support, employee relations, theme identification to inform and execute upon new employee focused strategies. Very much a balance of being on the ground with the functions I support, as well as close work with leaders. For multiple years, I lead all business partner activities for all in person retail experiences including the Tillamook Creamery experience which sees over a million visitors a year as well as a location opening at the Portland International airport. As many Human Resources functions did, I worked cross functionally to support in building remote and then hybrid work culture in the COVID-era resulting in project leadership to implement these practices. Additionally, I completed a stretch assignment leading Human Resources business partnership for all manufacturing environments as well.
