IT service strategy and delivery leader, with broad experience in multinational / multicultural environments in various roles across multiple countries. Early career years have been predominantly IT innovation focused, on advanced computational mathematics and neural networks and large national or regional solutions implementations in strategic areas with Cap Gemini and Microsoft´s partners in Italy and Romania. Later years until present with Procter & Gamble included leading SAP implementations at regional level and an supply chain career with global experience in planning, logistics and customer replenishment. Led medium and large teams to enable parts of Gillette integration in Europe, the global Sales & Operations Planning redesign and for more than five years the global transportation service bringing in innovation at corporate level with new Transportation Management Systems, Transportation Forecasting, advanced Order and Load building solutions, delivering more than 100 MM$ in value. Since 2015 - leading globally the customer replenishment area, core of the supply chain synchronization strategy in P&G, driving towards best in class solutions, process and organisational design.
