Some days it still feels like day one. because this job never stays the same.I’ve always been wired for emotion. I ask the questions, learn the new tools, push the format, challenge myself and everyone around me (of course):). That’s just who I am. Maybe it’s the Gemini (always blame Mercury;)) in me, or maybe it’s just how I was raised.Five kids. Loud kitchen. Always something going on. Being the oldest taught me leadership early. not the loud kind, but the kind where you protect people, make them feel seen, and listen between the noise.That’s where it all started for me: instincts. Emotional intelligence. Curiosity.I’m a producer, storyteller, and cultural builder with 17+ years of experience in content, casting, and creative strategy. I’ve worked on projects that demanded everything: speed, pressure, empathy, reinvention, and high efficiency on low budgets :)(or, as we like to call it now: sustainability). But what always mattered most were the people. The energy on set. The stories that needed someone to tell and sometimes fight—for them.I love the job.and yes, sometimes it’s an ego thing. We create things for people to feel. Big audience? Big win. But there’s no great project without a great team. None of this works without people you trust and grow with.This job is chaos. It’s beautiful, wild, sometimes anxious, often addictive. It keeps you young. It humbles you fast. And if you\'re lucky, it fits your character so well, you can’t imagine doing anything else.
