ABOUT LETSIE TILLEY
Letsie is a highly experienced NHS manager with 30 years\' experience working in Senior NHS Management roles, including 20 years as a Board level Director of Finance. She has developed a reputation for strong leadership, creating robust financial management and maintaining financial stability in times of significant turbulence and change. She has a wide range of NHS financial management experience gained by working in acute, community, mental health and learning disability services organisations as well as in NHS clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) and NHS Integrated Care Systems (ICS). She now works part-time, drawing on her healthcare experience in a number of roles which include: as a tutor delivering HFMA Academy on-line Qualifications, as a Healthcare Management Consultant and as a Coach. The rest of her time, she and her husband enjoy welcoming guests to the gites they run in the lovely Loire Valley of France.
