I’m a hands-on engineering leader with over two decades of experience spanning software development, cloud architecture, technical leadership, and entrepreneurship.My career has evolved from building systems end-to-end as an individual contributor to leading enterprise-scale modernization efforts. I’ve directed complex initiatives including Azure tenant consolidation, large-scale lift-and-shift cloud migrations, SQL modernization from VM to PaaS, and refactoring monolithic platforms into service-oriented architectures. Most recently, I served as Director of IT for a high-growth enterprise organization, driving operational excellence, cloud optimization, and engineering alignment.Across both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, I’ve built and scaled teams, modernized infrastructure, and delivered resilient systems under real-world constraints. My leadership philosophy is grounded in technical credibility — I believe strong technical direction starts with understanding the implementation details.In 2024, I returned to full-time hands-on engineering to deepen modern full-stack and cloud-native expertise.
