   Perform Monthly Reconciliation of the Job Cost WIP Subledger, to the General Ledger for discrepancy corrections using MRI & Excel. • On a monthly basis review all active jobs for entire company portfolio to identify jobs for capitalizable expenditures that should be Placed in Service.o Approximately jobs to filter and review using MRI Detailed Cost Reports and Excel. • Reconcile Construction Retainage Payable accounts with Job Cost Payable accounts for accuracy. • Identify Tenant Allowance Projects over 500K for further Accuracy Auditing.• Serve Construction, Leasing, and Property Management departments in creating, maintaining, and approving Job Cost Budgets, and Vendor Contracts in MRI Accounting Software.• Prior to creating jobs and approving budgets and contracts for payment, ensure capital expenditures have the required pre-level approvals and supporting documentation, confirming project contracts, and insurance are in place with vendors according to the lease.• Track and manage soft cost budgets until permanent jobs are established, and proper job coding can be assigned. • Perform necessary Journal Entries to correct GL account coding to the job cost sub-ledger or move cost from soft cost holding account to permanent job.• Identify project inducements that do not meet Capital Expenditure guidelines, and ensure the expense is coded against Net Operating Income.
