Responsible for random vibration qualification and acceptance of all critical components for first launch, as well as post-processing in Python- Focuses on static, modal, transient and frequency response analyses in NASTRAN for vehicle and launch tower, with support of hand, code-scripting, and spreadsheet calculations- Defined sine, random vibration, acoustic and shock requirements for Flight Termination System qualification, focused on test levels and duration-Supports design team with stress and fatigue analysis including bolt analysis and welding calculations-Follows aerospace and military standards such as ECSS and MIL-STD-810 for systems testing and for Maximum Predicted Environment (MPE) based on engine test data-Contributed to an optimized solution of vibe mounts set-up for isolation of avionics hardware by analytical and experimental approaches with vibration table verification.
