About Leticia Rodriguez

My experiences have resulted in a diverse working background, including Consultant Recruiting at a Top Consulting Firm. I have gained many skills throughout my experiences and seek to make the most of them in the next organization I join. In addition, my Communications coursework at UW-Whitewater provides a solid theoretical background and a chance to further develop my public speaking and writing skills. Although I was a Professional Recruiter with a Top Consulting Firm, returning to school to earn my degree in Communications would benefit me and my future endeavors as well as open new doors for me. Without the degree, I succeeded as a recruiter using only my empathetic yet assertive go-getter skills, and I sincerely enjoyed my role. I am grateful for the opportunity I had at Oxford as it opened my eyes to new skills and values that I would have otherwise missed out on. Still, I truly value the experiences and foundational knowledge you only gain through education, which is why I decided to pursue a degree in Communications full-time. My professional experiences give me a competitive advantage in the classroom. Overall, I am excited to go on this journey of solidifying my background. I am confident I will eventually join an organization that values my education and hard-working ethic.
