ABOUT LETHIUS CHARLES
As the Project Manager for the Housing for Older People Strategy, Lethius works to bring high-quality and sustainable homes to residents by ensuring their needs are considered throughout the consultation, planning and development stages and well into the future.Whilst working in the fundraising team as the Partnerships Officer, he developed and maintained relationships with programmatic and strategic partners. He worked across such varied sectors such as finance, legal, government bodies, risk and intelligence and luxury brands. His list of partners included Mercedes Benz UK, MUFG Bank, S-RM Global Risk Consultancy and Keystone Land Developers.Previously, Lethius has worked in the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Team. His duties included new IP development and the efficacy and effectiveness of FFP programmes across the world. He is also a consultant to organisations in the Fight for Peace Alliance in 25 countries. Lethius started his career as a Care Recruitment Manager, working with the central government, local government and external agencies to create bespoke care support packages to meet the needs of young people with disabilities.
