BHI Energy Power Services 6/10 to present Senior Professional Recruiter for Federal Group recruiting for Department of Energy/Department of Defense sites nationwide for engineers, designers, and technicians. Lead Recruiter for BHI Energy Canada for Radiation Surveyors and Professionals for Canadian Nuclear Laboratories. Travel to Canada to staff job fairs. During 2014 was tasked with recruiting for Valves for Dominion sites. Staffed North Anna and Millstone with approximately 200 employees while staffing for Federal Group. In 2013 transferred from Tennessee office to South Carolina to help recruit for nuclear outages. Loaned to sister company to train recruiters & administrative staff on search & retrieval system. Spent several weeks on-site at various nuclear plants in and out-processing employees. In 2016 relocated back to Knoxville TN area.
