Her clients value her personal attention to detail in addition to her partnership approach to asset management both from a solutions development and long term asset protection standpoint. Whether working with corporate asset and facilities departments, or on-site property management teams, Leta knows how to balance each groups’ expectations and drive to a common goal which is why the projects are successful both financially and meet on-time requirements. Leta has a large industry circle of influence and is currently serving on the board of directors for Hotel Point, on one of the industry’s leading events for Sr. Asset and Hotel Property Managers.
