Was the keynote presenter at the first international background screening conference in Bangalore, India, in 2007, organized by the Background Screener. Was the keynote speaker at the first background screening conference in Long Beach, CA, also presented by the Background Screener and follow-up screening industry conferences in Tampa, FL. Author of \"The Safe Hiring Manual,\"(Facts on Demand Press, 826 pages, 3d edition 2017), the first comprehensive book on safe hiring and background checks. Have been retained as an expert witness on multiple occasions and have qualified as an expert witness in jury trials in California, Florida, and Arkansas.
