Thanks for checking in! I\'m Lester Pinlac, an Aerospace Engineering graduate, creative, and leader dedicated to innovation and community impact. A defining experience of my journey has been co-founding the University Soaring Society, where I led efforts to provide glider pilot licenses, ground school training, and simulator sessions to students at Toronto Metropolitan University. Working alongside an incredible team, we’ve built a vibrant community to promote gliding as a sport and a gateway to the aviation industry. Beyond USS, my experience spans engineering investigations at Bombardier Aerospace, mentoring the next generation of leaders and aviators through the Air Cadet Program, and driving creative projects through photography, videography, and digital design with not-for-profits such as the Green Career Centre & Regenesis. I strive to bring curiosity, precision, and adaptability to every project I undertake. Whether flying drones, designing avionics systems, or managing creative campaigns, I turn ideas into results through collaboration and resilience.
