   UX Consultant- Co-designing the Mellon-funded Place, Memory, and Culture Incubator (PMCI) digital archive roadmap and facilitating 9+ workshops with subject matter experts to align team goals and define MVP requirements- Architecting the Harlem Digital Archive using Omeka, HTML, and CSS and a supplemental Squarespace site to ensure cohesive branding and navigation- Co-facilitated a \"Dig Day\" workshop for 30+ community members and managed 20+ partner relationships to integrate community-centered insights into the archive’s design- Improved the platform\'s Accessibility Score from 71% to 83% by conducting technical audits and implementing UI enhancements for long-term scalability
