About Lester Leung
I aim to reduce the impact of stroke on individuals and society, particularly through optimization of health care delivery systems to treat people with stroke sooner and better and improvement of post-acute care systems to address longitudinal needs of stroke survivors. I divide most of my time between direct care of patients with stroke, building and leading the Comprehensive Stroke Center at Tufts MC and the Tufts Stroke Network, and cultivating the growth of the Stroke and Young Adults (SAYA) program, the first longitudinal care program of its kind for young stroke survivors.
