I\'m a Publicist Professional with experience in the corporate world with responsibilities as CEO, CDO, Senior Manager in powerful companies and launching NGO programs, also implement organization’s diversity initiatives and strategy to attract, hire, and maintain a diverse workplace, also launching and developing volunteer programs.In my journey through organizations, I performed as Director of Public Affairs in the aeronautic industry Venezuela and the United States. then Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Vice Pdte of Alas Solidarias Foundation from the same airline.I developed a career as a promoter of actions with social impact, through the development and promotion of organizations such as Alas Solidarias Foundation, from where we developed Entre Panas, an unplanned pregnancy prevention program in adolescents, through the promotion of their life project. And also launched a diversity and inclusion program where we came as the first Latinoamérica airline who played unified games in Special Olympic in Panama representing Venezuela and also the first one to train a crew to attend passengers with special disabilities as deaf persons learning sign lenguaje. As an entrepreneur I co-founded Engranart a social entrepreneurship, from where we created an education program named “Educate to Heal” program at the JM de los Ríos Hospital in Caracas Venezuela to support kids with cancer to keep a continuing education.Love connecting people being part of social transformation and sustainable development promoting the SDG\'sSocial Responsibility| Public Affairs | Social Impact | Diversity & Inclusion
