Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals-Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates, including but not limited to databases, job boards and social media. Manages internal and external job postings, sources and screens resumes and conducts phone and in-person interviews. Maintains communication with candidates throughout recruitment and onboarding process to ensure continued engagement and provide updates as necessary-Works with Payroll & Benefits Specialist to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including entering new hire information into HRIS and ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and lodged in personnel file. Conducts new hire orientation meetings-Assists in administration of credit union employee training program, specifically serving as administrator of the online learning management platform, assisting with the facilitation of corporate training initiatives, handling all scheduling, logistics and materials for training events-Facilitates employee performance appraisal process. Issues introductory period and annual appraisals for completion. Troubleshoots template and process issues and follows through with ADP to resolve issues- Facilitates safety, health and wellness initiatives, in conjunction with HR department members, and coordinates activities related to the Safety & Health Committee- Assists with general HR department support and projects, including audits/compliance, benefits enrollment, maintenance of employee handbook and organization chart, and other HR activities as needed.
