I’ve spent my entire professional career at DPR Construction, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. My journey started back at Virginia Tech during an internship that turned into a decade-long (and counting) passion for building.As a Superintendent, I’m driven by two main pillars: Scheduling and Quality. I’m one of those rare people who genuinely loves the logic of a complex schedule—getting into the weeds of Primavera P6 to find that perfect sequence is what gets me fired up. For me, a project isn\'t just about finishing; it’s about optimizing every move to deliver a high-tolerance facility that actually works for the end-user.Beyond the P6 logic and the technical specs, I’m a big believer that a jobsite is only as strong as its culture. I take a lot of pride in getting to know the people on my site—from the foremen to the apprentices. I love building a team environment where people feel empowered to excel in their own roles.
