In Preparation for Deployment, developed, in conjunction with Operations Support Executives, the Hyper care team’s DevOps workflows of a Digital Medical Device. Collaborated with Features Delivery Team to ensure consistency in application versioning and QA automation availability. Completed reviews with feature delivery teams, operations support executive teams verifying proposed hyper care workflows including: Zendesk and Jira Usage Ticket flow, Your Reporting Requirements, DevOps Dev and QA workflows, External and Third-Party Engagement, Product Delivery and Deployment, Customer Communication and Response with workflows, Dissemination of Apple and Android Application Reviews.
