I coach individuals and teams to find and fulfill their unique contributions through clarity of vision, strengths-based and abundant thinking, courageous action, and committed self-reflection. Over the past two decades, I have supported managers and team members on the manufacturing floor, taught literature and writing to high school students, led a large team and a board as executive director of a non-profit, supported entrepreneurs to start and build their businesses, and navigated leadership alongside motherhood. I’m committed to helping people achieve their vision and - in whatever arena they step into - live a more abundant life.
