Most of my career at Red Hat has been in the role of a Marketing Business Manager entrusted by my stakeholders to plan the investments and resources that enable them to execute on the Marketing Strategy. Partnering with FP & A to ensure alignment of our program, operational and travel forecasts and spend while confirming deadlines and compliance requirements are met. As a senior member of the Marketing Technology and Operations team, I managed SaaS and professional services contracts, receivables and monthly reconciliations for a $35M annual spend. Reporting risks and areas of opportunity within our technology stack. Now, within the Marketing Performance and Planning team I manage a budget full of a diverse set of project types, ranging from advertising and collateral, webinars and whitepapers, to conference and event needs for our Global Customer Marketing teams. In addition, I am helping manage our agency partner relationships providing support to the Customer marketing groups who use their services and to assist with quarterly business reviews and monthly updates.
