I have had the privilege to work in the education assessment and tech industries where I have developed new products, managed cross-functional teams, built a program management department for a start-up, and led the development and implementation of innovative solutions. I enjoy focusing on the problem to be solved and engaging with those closest to the problem to create better solutions.Some key achievements include:• Leading the solutioning and implementation of the Louisiana Innovative Assessment Program, the first state in the nation to receive a waiver under the Innovative Assessment Demonstration Authority (IADA).• Directing a portfolio of programs with yearly revenue generation of over $22M across state, international, and business-to-business clients.• Securing nearly $3M in foundational funding to fund new programs and initiatives.• Negotiating resource changes on a multi-million-dollar contract to ensure better alignment of the “right resources in the right seats”, increasing capacity in one department, while decreasing mistakes and re-work across the board.
