Overseeing the development and success of resident facing applications - Launching new products and services to deliver more value to residents that are enrolled in Esusu\'s services - Working closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features, including engineering, QA, marketing, sales, and customer support - Conducting market research to understand residents\' needs and pain points pertaining to Esusu\'s services, financial products and financial education - Tracking and analyzing key metrics (such as MAU, drop off rate, clicks, etc) to drive product iteration, optimization and resident engagement
