I’ve spent 16 years in the multifamily industry, starting on site and intentionally moving into marketing once I saw where performance truly breaks or scales. To me, brand only matters if it drives traffic, improves leasing velocity, and delivers results at the property level.I lead marketing with a performance mindset and an operator’s lens. While my role sits in marketing, my work is grounded in supporting leasing and operations so portfolios perform as a system, not in silos. I’m known for translating complex data into clear, actionable strategy that protects brand integrity while guiding prospects smoothly from lead to lease.My experience spans the full marketing ecosystem, including websites, PropTech implementations, SEO and SEM, ILS optimization, paid media, reputation management, and social strategy. I bring hands on expertise in Entrata and RealPage’s marketing and leasing modules, allowing me to connect systems, workflows, and execution. Being bilingual in English and Spanish strengthens my ability to build inclusive messaging that resonates with diverse communities and onsite teams.Outside of corporate work, I lead marketing for Club Deportivo Sterling, a nonprofit youth soccer organization focused on access and community impact in Sterling, Virginia. I’m also part of a Peruvian folklore dance school, where I dance and teach, which reflects how I approach work with discipline, collaboration, and creativity.At my core, I bridge corporate vision with site level reality so marketing doesn’t just look good, it performs.
