   Rippleworks supports the fastest growing, most impactful social ventures in the world. Rippleworks engages executive-level volunteers with deeply relaxant experience to help ventures tackle their top operational challenges through short-term, high-impact projects.From May - September of 2023 I partnered with East Africa Fruits, a social enterprise dedicated to supporting smallholder Tanzanian farmers to strengthen their agriculture techniques and access local produce markets. One of East Africa Fruit\'s top priorities for their growth and impact is developing an Employee Value Proposition in support of their attraction and retention strategies. Through our project, we defined and refined their EVP, created employee satisfaction surveys and began developing KPIs. We also focused on discussing the best practices of for recruitment, onboarding and retention.
