Directs WonderLab’s annual gala, leading cross-functional planning with staff and volunteer committee to maximize revenue and stewardship outcomes. Leads research and design of capital campaign feasibility efforts, managing internal readiness assessments and preparing leadership for future campaigns.​ Represents WonderLab at fundraising events, civic meetings, media appearances, and community forums to elevate visibility and deepen stakeholder engagement. Collaborates with colleagues across departments to integrate development objectives into programmatic and organizational planning. Builds and manages departmental budgets aligned with the strategic plan, including revenue forecasting and multi-year financial planning for development. Expands awareness of giving opportunities and cultivates partnerships with community organizations, government entities, and regional business leaders to grow philanthropic support.
