I am an accredited multifamily and commercial real estate investor with over 14 years of industry experience. Recently I have expanded into the MHP and RV park space. We are a privately held real estate investment organization owning and operating 33 parks across 6 states. I have completed over 2 billion in commercial real estate transactions in the commercial real estate industry – specifically within multifamily, mobile home communities, and RV parks. I’ve also been invested in and responsible for the over site of over 4 billion AUM over the past decade. I left my senior level role in multifamily development, to carve my own path, expand my portfolio and investment bandwidth for both myself and my investors. As an entrepreneur I am dedicated to the multifamily, manufactured home community niche, and RV park sectors. I am a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CPM. I have sat on IREM’s Executive Council as VP of Finance and the Head of the Young Professionals Committee, as well as Bellweather Housing’s High Rose Advisory Board. I hold a Washington state real estate managing brokers license. Previously I specialized in multi family class A new development, acquisitions, lease ups, value add, renovations, commercial space management/leasing, property stabilization, capital management, institutional investor relations, and financial analysis/proformas. My portfolios were expansive and upward of 3,500 units. The majority of my clients were institutional investors. I have notably handled six national record setting, high profile transactions. I’ve overseen over 100 multi family assets in the Seattle area. I am skilled in comprehensive underwriting, RFP‘ s and new business/client acquisitions. I’ve applied my multifamily expertise to turn around under-managed apartment and manufactured housing communities by utilizing operational systems to maximize NOI. I specialize in infill,implementing utility bill back programs, improving overall management and operating efficiencies to increase the asset\'s value and NOI.My strengths also include the ability to inspire, recruit, engage, and nurture my teams. Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality.Outside of my business interests, I compete in triathlons & have a passion for traveling.

   We are a privately held real estate investment organization. We own and operate over 35 mobile home and RV parks (2500 units) Year over year we have doubled our portfolio in unit count/size. Now standing at 150 million AUM, we own communities across five states. Recently, we were featured on MHU’s too 100 owners of manufactured communities. We provide investors with end-to-end lifecycle approaches to Real Estate joint venture, syndications or strategic alliances within the Mobile Home park, RV park, multifamily and commercial real estate sectors. We provide integrated strategies for financial, operations, risk, technology and human resources capabilities, across the joint venture or syndications lifecycle.As our Managing Broker, I am responsible for our due diligence, acquisitions, underwriting, capital allocation, financing, partnership structuring, We syndicate project-based investments most often as the general partner; other times acting as the lead sponsor i.e. managing the administration, operational work and shareholder communication of the. We experienced in institutional partner structuring, debt financing, offering memorandums, and financial modeling. For myself and our investors I am an active owner and investor, we’ve combined our skills to assisting our partners and investors in a variety of ways: Aquiring RV and Mobile home parks( as the Gp partnering with Lp’s), multifamily complexes as well as dispositions, investment strategy, and operations of mobile home parks and rv parks, developing or implementing operational and management procedures, implementing technology, growing the business and more. In doing so, I draw upon the expertise and business networks that I have cultivated over many years.We have built out a very strong pipeline and are on track to continue acquiring quality assets.
