   VP of Sales for the Foodservice distribution network across the United States, and also the Non-Commercial business at Tyson Foods. Responsible for the Broker network, but also the Tyson team of sales representatives. My team is responsible for the execution of innovative solutions, growing our partnerships with our customers, and delivering results with both foodservice distributors and operators. Responsible for pound and margin goals, expense budgets, and developing and executing customer & team strategies. I develop processes, procedures and communication platforms that allow the team to work most effectively with internal partners and our customers. Leadership development within my team is a priority, as well as people development and career path planning. I thoroughly enjoy the mentor relationships in which I am currently engaged, which includes both internal and external mentorships.
