ABOUT LESLIE RITTER
Leslie brings more than two decades of employee relations and human resource experience to Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS) where she currently oversees all Human Resource functions. Prior to TMRS, Ritter was VP of People Operations at Education Partners and HR Director at Double Line Partners, both education technology firms in Austin. Before that was SVP of HR at Hill+Knowlton Strategies where she oversaw all U.S. human resource operations for the firm and subsidiaries. She provided executive management guidance on benefits, employee relations, performance management, policy and staffing functions. Before transitioning to senior vice president at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Ritter served in a similar capacity as Managing Director at Public Strategies. Prior to joining Public Strategies, Ritter worked for the Texas General Land Office for 14 years as Assistant Director of Human Resources and Staff Development Manager.
