   In partnership with two Supervisors (model/rig and shade/groom) to manage a Characters team of (48 at peak), comprised of four Leads, and two Coordinators, and 40 Technical Directors/ICs.Our team will model, rig, shade, and groom over (70) characters plus approximately (50) variants. The team is also responsible for modeling, rigging, and shading (char) props- Maintain a collaborative schedule with Art department to ensure timely inventory hand-off and internal approvals- Collaborate with Tailoring department on garment creating and shading- Strategize with Lighting department to bless characters for Shot Lighting- Develop, maintain, and run Director Reviews for Creative buy-off of each asset- Timely and direct communication with Producers, VFX Supervisors, and Production Manager on all pertinent situations and stages of production, budget, and deployment- Team with Characters Department Heads on evolving staffing needs- Work with Marketing department to deliver assets outside the film production schedule- As of November 2024, I\'ve also started taking over managing the Sets Department and will continue managing both as Asset Manager until production ends.
