Excited for the opportunity to work with a world class Senior Leadership Team at Special Olympics Washington (SOWA) while leading a talented, motivated SOWA Development Team responsible for maximizing statewide resource development across multiple sectors in support of the vision to be a catalyst for inclusion and the leader in sports, inclusive health and community building for empowering children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be valued on and off the playing field. The Development Team also supports momentum building for the Beyond Gold campaign. Beyond Gold will expand SOWA\'s base of support to grow and sustain a more inclusive future for Washington State through comprehensive, innovative, mission-driven programming and strategic partnerships focused on four initiatives: Community through Competition; Leadership and Learning; Belonging and Inclusion; and Digital Equity.
