Early in my career, just five days after entering the employee benefits field, I attended my first national employee ownership conference. I was immediately \"hooked.\" Since then I\'ve dedicated my career to advising business owners on their succession options, specifically Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). Today, I\'m a multi-credentialed Private Wealth Advisor with The ESOP Group with more than 30-years of ESOP expertise.
