ABOUT LESLIE JACKSON
As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I am dedicated to ensuring children, adolescents, and adults receive the right level of mental health support at the right time. My clinical foundation in CBT, trauma-informed care, and family systems guides my leadership approach as I oversee Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).I focus on program innovation, staff development, and evidence-based practices that strengthen outcomes and reduce barriers to care. Under my leadership, our outpatient services provide structured, compassionate environments where patients can build coping skills, re-engage with their families, and step back into their communities with confidence.Beyond direct services, I am committed to community partnerships—collaborating with schools, shelters, and organizations to extend mental health support beyond hospital walls. My goal is to lead with empathy, improve systems of care, and continue breaking the stigma around mental health treatment.
