Human Resource Analyst to a private consulting firm that bring approximately 6 years of day-to-day Workday experience in the chemicals, building products, automotive, telecommunications, defense, financial and consulting services industries. As the Human Resource Anaylyst to the chief consultant and subject matter specialist (SMS), I provide counsel and assistance to organizational managers and/or subject matter experts supporting Workday’s functional and technical implementation of Talent and Performance Management and Recruiting processes remotely and face-to-face. I am a professionally licensed teacher and utilize my expertise to transfer knowledge to clients while providing best practices and strategic systematic restructuring and configuration of companies’ formal and informal practices, policies and procedures. Applied 15+ years of strong human resources (HR) focus and administration of policies & procedures on a daily basis as a temporary office manager and budgetkeeper. The key point of contact throughout public education institutions (schools and departmental) in areas of organizational development, workforce planning, change management, restructuring, succession planning and development, HRIS/SAP/ KRONOS/ APPLITRAC, talent acquisition, performance management, training & development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, labor relations, payroll, compliance (ADA, EEO, FMLA, FLSA, etc.), and safety educating on best practices, the link between initiatives, and the impact to business units and the bottom line both as a Manager (of up to 18 with varying client groups (union & nonunion) and a Subject Matter Expert with effective interactions liaising between SMEs, superiors, client groups, department officials, students, parents, community, and external organizations and partnerships.
