I work with small business owners and individuals thinking about starting a new business. I consult with individuals on crucial business start-up matters such as entity choice, trademark/copyright consultation, contract drafting and industry regulation. I continue to consult business owners on issues such as contract review and employment matters. Having recently started Kramer, Elkins & Watt (KEW for short, pronounced \"cue\"), I keenly understand the excitement and fear that accompany starting a new business and enjoy helping individuals reach their goals. I provide comprehensive legal representation to small businesses from a litigator\'s perspective. Having litigated a variety of different cases, I am all too aware of how poor business planning can lead to expensive and tiring litigation. That being said, I also represent individuals and businesses that need to bring someone to court or defend a case. I litigate in all civil areas including breach of contract, fraud, employment discrimination, creditor defense and more.
