Leslie A. Burby is a published author, writer, editor, business strategist, business analyst, portfolio project manager and proposal writing (RFP) expert.At Proposal Practices she has used her many years of writing to create compelling business proposals. Leslie has courses available on how to win work writing persuasive proposals. She has been was contracted at Blue Cross Blue Shield Massachusetts (Healthcare Insurance) as a Proposal Manager; and as the Technical Writer and RFP Manager at Harri (a SaaS company that provides impressive technology for the hospitality industry).
