IIn my current role, I lead the organization’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, overseeing vendor due diligence, inherent and residual risk assessments, criticality scoring, and maintenance of the vendor risk register. I conduct cybersecurity risk analyses of third-party vendors by reviewing SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and IT risk evaluation reports, identifying vulnerabilities, and categorizing risks based on confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) triad. Working closely with IT Security, Legal, and Procurement, I validate vendor controls, track remediation efforts, and ensure contracts embed cybersecurity, compliance, and data privacy requirements in alignment with NIST CSF, HIPAA, GDPR, and organizational risk appetite. I also provide executive-level reporting on vendor risk posture and remediation strategies, enabling leadership to make informed risk-based decisions.In addition to TPRM, I manage the end-to-end legal contract workflow, including contract review, redlining, and coordination within the Contract Management System (CMS). I maintain detailed risk acceptance documentation, streamline procurement processes, and reinforce organizational accountability in vendor governance.Parallel to my risk responsibilities, I serve as the organization’s EEO Officer, conducting enterprise-wide investigations and informal counseling in accordance with EEOC Management Directive 110 (MD-110). I ensure compliance with Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and related federal regulations, while acting as the primary liaison between the EEO office, Legal, and senior leadership. This dual role allows me to integrate HR compliance, diversity initiatives, and workforce equity with broader enterprise risk management objectives, supporting a fair, inclusive, and resilient organization.
