I’m currently studying for my CIPD Level 5 in People Management (finishing May 2026), diving into modules like organisational culture, employment law, employee relations, evidence-based HR, workforce planning, reward, and learning & development. But here’s the thing — I’m not just learning HR, I’m living it. I’m translating theory into action: using data to influence strategy, helping managers navigate complex employee issues, designing talent pipelines that don’t just fill roles but drive growth, and shaping cultures where people actually want to come to work. I don’t see HR as processes and policies — I see it as the heartbeat of every organisation. I’m building skills in coaching, conflict resolution, and culture development because I want to be the go-to person for leaders who need real solutions, fast. My ambition is to join a team not as a passive learner, but as a contributor who adds immediate value, champions inclusion, drives engagement, and turns workplaces into environments where people thrive. I’m hungry for impact, relentless in learning, and ready to bring fresh energy, strategic thinking, and a people-first mindset to a forward-thinking HR team.
