Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a dynamic outpatient clinic setting, working one-on-one with physicians and patients across the lifespan—from newborns to elderly adults. Perform a wide range of clinical tasks, including phlebotomy, immunizations, urine testing, vital signs, eye exams, and medication preparation. Support physicians by rooming patients, pending and dispensing medications under supervision, and assisting with real-time documentation.In addition to clinical responsibilities, manage administrative duties such as referral coordination, appointment scheduling, document scanning, and handling referral requests. Serve as a key liaison between providers and patients, ensuring smooth communication and continuity of care. Regularly rotate across different clinic locations, adapting to the unique workflows and patient populations at each site. This role has strengthened my multitasking, clinical knowledge, adaptability, and communication skills in both independent and team-based settings!
