Leslie brings more than 35 years of business and organizational experience to her clients. She has had succesful careers as a senior leader at CIGNA, Aetna, MassMutual Financial Group and in higher education as an adjunct faculty member and university administrator. She is a proven HR leader experienced in using HR solutions to achieve business goals. Leslie has demonsrated skills in executive assessment and coaching, succession planning, high potental development, organizational and team effectiveness and diversity and inclusion. She is known for her expertise in strategic change management and for her collaborative consulting approach. In her work as an executive coach, Leslie performs high ptential and leadership assessments, facilitiates executive transitions into new leadershp roles, coaches on leadership and communication skills as well as resolves interpersonal and business conflicts. Using customized and standardized 360 degree feedback, Leslie identifes developmental issues. Follow up ensures that individuals transform learning into action. She is certified in VOICES, Profilor, Benchmarks, Hogan Assessments, the Myers-Briggs Personality Indicator, and other instruments. Leslie has been an adjunct faculty at the University of Connecticutin the department of Educational Psychology and has designed and led educational sessions for leaders and executives on a varielty of leadership topics. She also coaches teams to improve team effectiveness.
