I often think life as a mosaic—made up of values we hold, stories we share, and relationships that shape who we are and how we connect with others.Today, I work at Deloitte where I research and design learning experiences on relationship skills—like empathy, inquiry, trust, and storytelling—that help leaders build authentic connections with their clients and teams.My path here has been shaped by a decade of living and working abroad, from Mongolia to London, and traveling to lead strategy and capacity-building initiatives in more than 20 countries with World Vision. Those experiences taught me to listen differently, lead with curiosity, and honor the wisdom present in every culture and conversation.I believe it’s more important to be fascinated than to be fascinating—and I bring that spirit of curiosity and connection to everything I do.
