I lead and support initiatives in event delivery, leadership development and programme design, business development, member engagement, and building corporate partnershipsIn addition, I contribute to CO3\'s social enterprise,\'Engage Executive Talent\', the leading recruitment brand in Northern Ireland’s VCSE sector, specialising in senior and executive recruitment. I combine sector-specific insights with expertise in recruitment, operations, communications, and strategic advice to deliver tailored solutions for both candidates and organisations.I began my career in higher education fundraising and worked on a hospice capital campaign, collaborating closely with alumni, academic staff, corporates, and individuals. Throughout my career, a consistent focus has been supporting causes, promoting learning, and amplifying the impact of these efforts on society and careers.
