Delgado brings the strategic focus, vision and mature judgment gained as a successful business owner to guide both privately held and corporate clients in their quest of hiring top talent into their organizations. As the co-founder and President of Strategic Recruiting Services, LLC, a premier outsourced recruiting firm, Delgado partners with small and mid-sized business owners in the management and execution of all aspects of the recruiting process. Prior to the launch of Strategic Recruiting Services, Delgado was the founder and President of StaffPro America, a staffing firm specializing in the placement of administrative and clerical support. StaffPro America received numerous awards during the seventeen years in operation including the Corp Magazines 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. After the sale of StaffPro America, Delgado was successful in supporting the recruiting needs of small and midsize companies offering a recruiting option that was innovative and affordable, a service not available to this target market, historically. Thus, the creation of Strategic Recruiting Services was formed.
