   Lead a proactive & consistent cadence of communication across the entire portfolio of single family investors. Ensure payment collection and NSF resolution. Perform extension approval, execution, & fee collection efforts for upcoming maturities. Actively manage loan compliance, leveraging the underwriting team to assist in the re-underwriting of borrowers, projects, and business plans. Conduct project reviews, with each assigned borrower, encompassing at a minimum: project progression, percentage of completion, remaining construction reserve, maturity date, budget review, and health of the project related to the original business plan. Ensure all documents for assigned projects & their guarantors are collected, current, and proactively addressed & managed. Deliver regular loan & portfolio performance reports to Sr. Director, proactively identifying potential project issues and making recommendations for issue resolution when projects have a high likelihood of going off track. Work closely with DLP\'s draw management & lending departments driving synergy & alignment with action plans & the portfolio\'s overall health. When necessary, collaborate & work with internal & 3rd party teams to ensure effective project management, issue resolution, & construction draw facilitation. Develop & strengthen the lender / borrower relationship by being solution focused and a steward for the borrower, situationally and within reason
