I have directly managed teams in a variety of learning and development focus areas, such as instructional design, program management and learning management system administration. I am an insightful leader and problem solver able to work collaboratively, think strategically, and communicate effectively.At Terminix, my leadership in learning technology and development was instrumental in transitioning over employees to the Cornerstone learning management system. This involved meticulous management of API setup, employee data architecture, and content transfer—a testament to our team\'s dedication to seamless learning experiences. In addition, the successful implementation was one of the first technology systems to integrate during a merger.My role extends beyond technology management to shaping the learning strategy—launching \"Launchpad,\" a universal onboarding program, and providing online learning consulting. As a champion of learning analytics and compliance reporting, I ensure that our learning initiatives not only meet but exceed business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous development and operational excellence.
