ABOUT LESLEY TRAPASSO
I have worked within the recruitment industry for over thirty years in a variety of roles from administration right through to my current role of Bid Director with Hays; a business I have been with for the last 20 years. A massive benefit of being in the industry for this length of time is all the experiences that come from it. The principle one is the fact that I have been fortunate to meet and work with literally hundreds of different types of people from so many diverse and exciting backgrounds. If I’m honest, it’s the people that make my career so enjoyable, which is why I devote so much time into understanding what motivates individuals and how to best support them to attain the best possible version of themselves in their chosen area. I investigate the intent behind peoples choices and work with them to openly reflect on previous actions to ensure an informed choice is made for the next steps of their career.
